Great experience with these guys from Area Rug Cleaner Queens. I used them for the first time many years ago and stuck with them ever since. They're professional, clean, timely, and do a good job. It's satisfying to watch the carpet change from dirty to clean. I usually spring for the extra enzyme treatment as I have pets. There are no harsh smells involved which is a big deal for me (and my pets). They bring a van and run a hose up to my apartment from the basement. They also have a large cleaning machine when I need my basement carpet cleaned. I'm a little obsessed with it in fact as I'm a clean freak despite having clutter, and if I had the money I'd do it more often every few months.
